Payment Terms
A 50% deposit will be collected during booking of shooting date to guarantee your appointment date time and the balance is payable on the day of shooting.
Terms & Conditions
1. Appointment is first come first served basis. No reservation will be entertained without deposit payment. 50% or minimum RM200 deposit is collected to block and confirm the slot. Balance of fees is payable on the shooting day in cash or online banking.
2. Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointment date/time should be at least 1 week in advance, else admin charges RM50 -RM100 may apply depends on your cancellation/rescheduling date.
3. Subsequent rescheduling (2nd time onwards) will impose a RM50- RM100 admin charges.
4. Any weekend appointment can only be rescheduled to weekday, except at the sole discretion of the studio.
5. Standard delivery of album, frame and prints is 3-5 weeks after photo selection. Any request for express delivery will be subjected to express fee RM50 – RM100 depends on your requirements.
6. Any request for extension of shooting time shall be charged accordingly (depends on Studio rate which is RM100 – RM150 every 30 min)
7. Edited photos in package includes mild editing with colour balance, lighting, and composition only (depends on Studio). Any editing request beyond this will be subjected to editing fee.
8. For make up and hair do service, 50% deposit / full payment in advance is required at least 5 working days.
9. We reserve the rights to cancel and reschedule the appointment accordingly if customer is not punctual.
10. We have the right to use the images taken either in offline or online format for marketing purpose (Facebook / Instagram)
11. Our studios will only keep your photos for 3 months since the shoot date. We cannot guarantee the availability of the softcopies of the photos if photo selection is done beyond it. All softcopies photos will be deleted after all products are delivered to the customers.
